Our spacious 80 m² apartment comfortably sleeps 7 to 8 guests, with high-quality mattresses and tasteful furnishings throughout.

• Family bedroom: two extra-large beds (210x90 cm)
• Twin bedroom: two single beds (200x80 cm)
• Children's room: bunk beds for three (190x80 cm)

On request, the family room can be fitted with two trundle beds (200x80 cm) to avoid using the top bunk. Let us know your preference!

🛁 Two Modern Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. A large 300L water heater ensures plenty of hot water. Due to the building's historic nature, the plumbing uses macerator systems.

☕ Well-Equipped for a Relaxing Stay

We provide everything you need for a comfortable visit:

• Bed linen, towels, and essentials included
• Washer-dryer, large fridge, freezer
• Coffee machine with bean grinder + cappuccino maker
• Chromecast, hairdryer, blender, plenty of utensils
• Ample storage space

🏛️ Historic Character with Modern Comfort

Our monumental building from 1900 features double glazing and shutters. The wooden floors add charm, though you may occasionally hear footsteps from neighbors.

🚗 Parking & Storage

• Apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator)
• Large secure storage room for skis, snowboards, or bikes
• Private parking next to the building + free street parking and at TMB
• We also offer a private parking space 200 meters away, located right next to the Mont Blanc Tramway. A remote control is provided to open the access gate.

🕒 Practical Info

• Flexible check-in/out (normally after 5 PM and before 11 AM)
• Key box for self check-in
• Please leave the apartment tidy and trash-free
• Not allowed: skis/boots inside, pets, smoking, parties
